Our standard Open Houses rental includes 4 hours of party space rental and costs start at $2000. We work with several caterers and can suggest some options or you are welcome to use your own! Comes with serving tables, 2 large farm tables, and ample outdoor seating. We also have round tables, cocktail tables, chairs for up to 175 people available for rent. Heated 2000 square foot party room included; two bathrooms and a full kitchen are connected to the party barn.Use of an indoor or outdoor sand arena that is perfect for “beach” volleyball and spike ball available for additional charge.
